With large-scale operations and high monthly invoice volumes across multiple SAP landscapes, the organization required a more structured and scalable approach to manage vendor invoices and related processes.
As part of its move toward a modern SAP environment, the refinery faced challenges around migrating and revamping its existing OpenText VIM setup, handling OCR, storage, and archived data separation across geographies and systems.
